Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Moon Omens is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages

While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will do our best to assist you in locating your package.
Damaged Packages

Digital Products
Digital products (eBooks, audiobooks, downloads) are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
