We want you to feel supported and confident when purchasing from Moon Omens. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before completing your order.

 


 

Physical Products (Books, Planners, Calendars, Merchandise)

 

We accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged physical items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 


 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging

If approved, we will offer:

• A replacement, or
• A full refund (including shipping)

 


 

Digital Products (eBooks, Audiobooks, Downloadable Files)

 

Due to the nature of digital products, access is granted immediately upon purchase.

However, at Moon Omens, we value trust and alignment. If you purchase a digital product and feel it is not aligned with you or does not meet your expectations for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days at love@moonomens.com, including your order number and a brief explanation. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

This 30-day money-back guarantee applies to digital products only.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where stated above:

• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale
• Personalized or custom-made items

 


 

Exchanges

 

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

 


 

Refund Processing Time

 

Once a refund is approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

 


 

Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund after processing confirmation:

• Check your bank account again
• Contact your credit card company or payment provider
• Reach out to your bank
